Trailer: “We Live In Public” (October 2009)
10 years in the making with 5000 hours of footage, “We Live In Public” documents the lives of more than 100 people living quite literally, in public in creepy underground bunkers - cameras documenting and projecting their every move for the world to see via the web.
This documentary movie based on a social experiment about the effect of the virtual world taking control of our lives is a disturbingly stark testimony of the extremities we go through for our 15 minutes of fame.
This is one of those movies that could either be a frighteningly accurate prognosis of what’s in store for us in this highly-connected tech age OR it could just be a 2 hour wankfest about a sanctimonious, self-appointed visionary heralding the overestimated apocalypse of humanity.
