If you haven’t already heard about this, about.me is a free-to-use service that allows you to create a schmancy web business card for yourself.
It’s pretty nifty because:
- Unlike Facebook’s antiseptic color scheme or Twitter’s smarmy Fibonacci-sequence based grid, about.me lets you lay out your profile however you goddamn want to. Like a bawse!
Badass picture of yourself in a trucker cap? No problem! Want a huge picture of your face/bald head? Why not! Want a minimalistic monotone layout with nothing but a glob of magenta to represent your individuality crying for attention amidst a sea of conformity? You can have it!

Check out about.me and reserve your name before some undeserving 16-year old prat in Hong Kong grabs your “Kelvin Lim” or “Janet Lee” only to tarnish your name by posting up Naruto or Twilight wallpaper.
