1. Friends will attest that I’m not prone to exhibiting extreme emotions. Rarely does anyone get to see me seething with fury or giddy with excitement (there are two camps of thought theorizing my lack of expression: unnecessary machismo vs a missing chromosome or two).  Anyway, can I just say I’m friggin’ excited about this game. Friggin.  Like a giddy teenybopper on her way home from picking up JBeebs’ CD from the mall, festering in a cesspool of tween excitement in anticipation of popping in the disc for a record-breaking 350-album-repeats in a week (XBox achievement unlocked!).  Why does this warrant a post? I dunno. Perhaps I feel the need to advertise it a little. I get the feeling that no one else will give this a try cos it looks… well, dodgy. God Of War meets Prince Of Persia meets Uncharted, set against the Journey To The West mythos? Right, that’s something anyone would part money for.  But look beyond the horrible elevator pitch, watch the opening 15 mins, behold the glorious graphics and the grand sense of scale and I’m putting my money down that this will be one of 2010’s sleeper hits.   I’m so excited, I’m probably going to be overpaying just so I can pick it up tonight.
